Retail comparison
KelTec profit and margin cover only the added accessories because the base product cost is not entered here. Estimated dealer retail uses the two margin assumptions above; the 20% dealer default is a modeling assumption, not a known selling price. Customer Bundle Savings = separate-item retail minus estimated dealer retail; a negative amount means the bundle is estimated to cost more. Dealer margin uses separate-item retail as the selling price. Separate retail is a comparison, not a proposed bundle MSRP.
This starts a new waterfall from the calculated Distributor price. Enter the bundle's proposed MSRP separately if it differs from the combined retail price.
Pricing waterfall
Distributor is the default starting channel. Enter a price to begin.
| Channel | Price | Spread to MSRP | Margin at MSRP | Action |

Between-tier figures show the increase from the preceding priced channel and its margin at the higher price. Buy Group compares to Distributor while Export is unmodeled. In the grid, spread to MSRP = MSRP minus that row’s price; margin at MSRP = spread ÷ MSRP. MSRP remains an input for reverse pricing.
Pricing relationships
Suggested starting margins: 10 points to Buy Group, 5 to Dealer Direct, and 17 to MSRP. Together these yield about 29 points from Distributor to MSRP, near the median in the 2026 pricing list. Edit them for your scenario.
Margin points mean gross margin at the target price: a 10 point margin on a $200 source gives $222.22. Markup uses $200 × 1.10 = $220. Export is shown in the waterfall but left uncalculated for now.
Channel economics
The distribution estimate assumes a distributor buys from KelTec at the Distributor price and sells at a price that gives the margin entered above. It is an estimate, not an actual dealer purchase price.
